General Conditions of Use
Version 1.0 May 9, 2026
1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Use (“CGU”) govern the use of the TruckerMaster application (“the Application”), accessible via web and mobile, published on a non-professional basis by an active truck driver (cf. legal notices).
2. Acceptance
By using the Application, you accept these General Terms and Conditions without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.
3. Description of service
TruckerMaster is a tool to help you read your tachograph driver card, scan your pay slip, and compare the hours actually worked and the hours paid according to the road transport collective agreement (CCNTR — IDCC 16) and the French Labor Code.
The Application produces costed estimates and salary claim documents, to be used as a tool to help defend your rights.
4. Limitation of liability
⚠ Important warning. TruckerMaster is an estimation tool based on CCNTR standard formulas. The calculations produced constitute a decision support, not professional legal advice.
The publisher cannot be held responsible:
- Calculation errors linked to incomplete or erroneous data (misread card, incorrectly scanned form).
- Errors in the interpretation of collective agreements or specific company agreements.
- The use you make of the documents generated (complaints, letters, referrals).
- Loss of data due to a failure of your device or browser.
For any official action (complaint to an employer, industrial tribunal referral, report to the labor inspectorate), it is highly recommended to have the figures validated by a union defender, an industrial tribunal lawyer or the labor inspectorate.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application:
- Only for your own personal and professional data.
- In accordance with current legislation.
- Without attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify or redistribute the code of the Application.
Any fraudulent use (reading a third party's card without authorization, falsification of pay slips, etc.) is your sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The source code of the Application, its brand, its design and its textual content are the property of the publisher, except for free third-party components mentioned in the documentation. A partial open source publication is planned in the long term.
7. Personal data
The use of the Application involves the processing of personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
The Application is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or stop the service at any time, particularly when our services evolve.
9. Prices
The Application is free. A freemium model is envisaged for subsequent versions (certain advanced functions by subscription), with maintenance of a free functional core.
10. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
