Is TruckerMaster meant for the driver or the company?
The driver, only. No fleet, no company account, no employer access: the app installs on your phone and works with your own data. It's your control tool, not the boss's.
How do I check that my trucker payslip is correct?
TruckerMaster compares the hours paid on your payslip with the real activity on your driver card, under your applicable collective agreement: standard hours, equivalence hours, overtime at 25% and 50%, night hours, bonuses and expenses. Can I generate a claim file?
TruckerMaster generates a wage claim as a PDF that lists every gap calculated under your collective agreement, with the legal references to back it up. You send it to your employer; if they keep refusing, this reasoned document is admissible before a labour court or the labour inspectorate. Claim your hours in court →
Which tachographs are compatible with the direct connection?
No. The EU-rules Cockpit works live, with no subscription. All you need is your smartphone connected over Bluetooth to your smart tachograph — no bulky device, nothing to install in the cab. It is compatible with the digital and smart tachographs (1B and 1C / VDO DTCO, Stoneridge SE5000, etc.) in service across Europe. The Bluetooth EU-rules cockpit →
Do I need a dongle or a company card?
No, neither. The direct connection uses the built-in Bluetooth of the compatible Smart Tacho 2: nothing to buy, nothing to fit in the cab, no company card and no fleet account.
What information is shown live?
Over 25 readings: current activity, continuous driving, break time, time left before the break and before the daily rest, duty span, remaining driving for the day, the week and over two weeks, ends of rest, speed, mileage… with RSE alerts calculated continuously.
Does the BLE connection download my full card file?
No. The direct connection uses the driver-authorised ITS data to feed the dashboard in real time. The full read of a driver card file is a different operation, done with a USB reader.
What is the «Leapfrog» assistant for moving the cab?
The Leapfrog assistant is a driving aid based on the EU divisible-minute rule (Regulation EU No 1266/2009). It helps you move your truck (port queue, toll plaza, traffic jam) while limiting the impact on your break. The app guides you second by second with cab beeps (Prepare 10s → Roll 24s → Rest 36s), then monitors the tachograph state and reminds you to switch back to rest once stopped. TruckerMaster never writes to the tachograph: selecting the activity is the driver's job, and the driver remains responsible for complying with traffic, safety and rest rules. Is my driver card data shared or stored?
No. Decoding your driver card (.C1B / .DDD) and analysing your payslips run entirely locally, right on your device. No server stores your data in the clear, which guarantees your employer can never access it. Your driver data security →
